Hey guys. When I am trying to install Vista, om my computer, when I get to the first Aurora screen where you choose your language, my video resolution is really low. I am running HP 2.0 gtz processor, 512 mb of ram, my video card is built into my shipset and is an Intel 82845G/GL graphics controller. I am doing a clean install on a second hard drive with 30gb of space for Vista. Can anyone tell me what my problem is? I thank you for you help.

Video Reslotuion
I also had this in earlier builds, I guess its because your graphics controller is not supported. I would try adjusting the resolution after installation is complete. Also obtain the latest graphics drivers for it, it might help fix it. Windows AERO Glass requires that you have a minimum of 64 MBs video RAM that is Direct X 9 compliant and supports the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM), formerly (LDDM). If your video card does not meet these requirements, its the likely cause why you are not seeing it. For onboard/integrated cards, you need to have 1 GB of dual channel memory installed with 512 MBs of RAM allocated to the system. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta
